Panji Museum is one of museum have a basic art and culture. Founded museum is Mr. Dwi Cahyono has already international standart and get a recognition from UNESCO as Memory of The World. In the museum development still have many problem, like a internal factor and external factor, as accessibility and technology. So that from this research is expected to become idea for future. This study used qualitative descriptive methodology with SWOT data analysis techniques. With the results of the study knowing about problem in Panji Museum development and give a problem solving for manager and number of visitor increase strategy in Panji Museum.
