Leuwi Hejo Waterfall is one of the tourist destinations that offers the beauty of waterfalls and beautiful and enchanting natural scenery. Although in Bogor there are many famous waterfall tours, but the charm of Leuwi Hejo Waterfall still has a special attraction for tourists. This study uses qualitative methods as research procedures that produce descriptive data by conducting interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. This research focuses on the development of tourist attraction. The method used to analyze data is the SWOT analysis method. The government and managers must maintain good coordination and cooperation to jointly empower the community and invite people who have not been active in management activities to participate in these activities. And also improve the quality of existing tourism facilities and infrastructure, improve the image of clean and comfortable tourist attractions. As well as conducting intensive HR training activities.
