Because tourism is affected for the growth of Indonesian economy, it has been proven with tourism in the third position for donating income for Indonesia Methods of research use qualitative methods data analysis by using SWOT analysis which is SWOT analysis is used to formulate strategies for identification of various factors strategally based on understanding and knowledge an object. Kampung Warna-Warnu Teluk Seribu is located in Balikpapan City. Kampung WarnaWarni which has the attraction of 3D painting and colorful house. Kmapung Warna – Warni Teluk Seribu already has a society that aware to tourism and mangemenet has developoing and improving touris attraction.
