Kotajogo beach is a tourist area in Nagekeo Regency Flores NTT, which has enormous potential to be developed. However, the lack of government role and the low level of human resources of the community will consciously influence the conservation of the environment in the development and promotion of tourist areas. This is the author's concern by making direct observations on the location. To that end, the authors take the title "Strategy Development of Kotajogo beach In Nagekeo Flores, Ecotourism Based on Increasing Tourist Visits" with the aim of providing ideas that can help the Department of Tourism as well as local communities in improving the quality in terms of promotion and implementation of the principle of cooperation / co management
