Tanjung Benoa Beach is one of the tourist attractions in Bali that has white sand and relatively calm waves suitable for various kinds of water sports games. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data is taken directly at Tanjung Benoa Beach, Bali. Which plays a major role in the development of tourism in Bali, especially in the field of tourist destinations in Bali. From this study produced several things that were key to the development of Tanjung Benoa Beach. Where the official organizational structure in it has not been well developed. The government that has not yet played a role in developing Tanjung Benoa Beach. Not only that, the lack of cooperation between managers, government and the private sector to expand the promotion of Tanjung Benoa Beach is also an obstacle.
