Jagakarsa has a lot of tourism potential and one of them is “Setu Babakan” Kampung Betawi Cultural tourism located in srengseng sawah sub�district Jagakarsa South Jakarta. This research was conducted using qualitative research specifications and produced descriptive data by conducting interviews, questionnaires, observation, documentation, and triangulation. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the community development efforts carried out by the people in the Betawi village Setu Babakan. The goverment and society have a very important role in the effort to develop cultural tourism in the Betawi Village Setu Babakan. At present the efforts made by the government and the community have been quite good but need improvement.
