The district of fifty cities has many tourist attractions. One of them is the Lembah Harau tourist attraction. This tourism object relies on the tourism potential of the green valley and its cool waterfall. The type of research used in this study is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study by observation (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results show that the development of the Lembah Harau tourism object has several weaknesses and advantages. Every advantage is a good thing for the Lembah Harau because this is one of the attractive factors of tourists. Conversely, weakness becomes an obstacle to its development. Managers must be able to correct existing weaknesses and improve their superiority so that development can run well. The community plays a very important role in the development of tourism in the Lembah Harau tourism object. Managers are workers from the office who have obtained official permission from the local government, which is expected to be beneficial for the community.
