Sleman Regency has many interesting tourist attractions. One of the attractions in Sleman Regency is the Jogja Exotarium. Jogja Exotarium is a very interesting tourist place because it is not only a tourist place but also can be a place of education so that this tourist attraction must be developed to make it better. Jogja exotarium has many rides so that tourism can do activities while visiting and can see animals. The research method used is a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data processing techniques using display, reduction, verification and triangulation. The analysis used is SWOT. Based on the research, show that the role of the community is very high in the development of Jogja Exotarium.
