Gajah Oling Batik is the oldest Batik in Banyuwangi Regency, although there are many variations of batik that have sprung up in Banyuwangi Regency, Gajah Oling Batik remains a distinctive feature and still has a special attraction for tourists. This study uses qualitative methods as research procedures that produce descriptive data by conducting interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. This research focuses on the development of tourist attraction. The method used to analyze data is the SWOT analysis method. Maintain good coordination and cooperation between the government and managers to jointly empower the community and invite people who have not been active in management activities to participate in these activities.
