Different from equipment effectiveness evaluation method based on experience formula and isolated sta-tic state, the effectiveness evaluation of systematic combat can be studied from two aspects: systematic combat task analysis and intelligent evaluation method. This paper introduces the standardized modeling framework of systematic combat and convolutional neural network to gradually deconstruct systematic combat activities, then proposes a complete set of systematic combat effectiveness evaluation method, which includes five steps: operational mission planning, mission modeling analysis, construction of evaluation index system, index fusion dimension reduction, effectiveness grade evaluation. This method can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of complex and diverse systematic combat tasks according to the degree of realization of operational objectives.
