In order to solve the problem of low efficiency caused by manual detecting mode of safety monitoring of most belt corridors, the paper proposed a design scheme of environmental safety monitoring system of belt corridor based on technologies of computer, on-line detection, serial communication, etc, and mainly introduced structure of the system and designs of main hardware and software. The application showed the system runs safely, reliably and stably.
