In order to ensure the “effective monitoring and reliable operation” of coal mine safety monitoring system, a compliance evaluation index system and criteria including equipment installation, configuration, system operation and maintenance, system anomaly statistical analysis and platform operation components are established based on relevant rules and regulations. Based on the application of open source GIS technology to realize the vectorization of mine safety monitoring system roadway layout, combined with the monitoring data, the evaluation method of each index is determined. Finally, the self-diagnosis system of mine safety monitoring system is developed and applied to the coal mine to provide support for the timely automatic identification of monitoring system anomalies.
