The proposal is summed up in the implementation of a methodological alternative that potentiates the recruitment of 10 year-old children as sports talents sustained in anthropometric and physical norms, at the San Justo Sports Complex, implying the representatives of the community. The obtained results correspond with the theoretical and methodological foundations that sustain the methodological alternative, contextualized with this field, besides the evaluation of its feasibility and practical utility was carried out starting from the positive approaches expressed by specialists and professors, what satisfies the idea of raising the number of possible sport talents.
