Abstract Extranodal natural killer/T‐cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is difficult to identify and diagnose appropriately. Positron emission tomography imaging is a crucial method that leads to precise diagnosis. A proper regimen including stem cell transplantation would possibly improve prognosis of advanced ENKTL.
