Deskripsi

Within the cartesian sphere of influence of the half of the seventeenth century, the notion of health is far from being univocal. With the help of the work of three “médecins cartésiens”, Regius, Louis de La Forge and Daniel Duncan, to whom we endow a heuristic value, we wish to make clear that this abundance of meanings came up with the work of René Descartes and reveals a plurality of metaphysical orientations.
