The stresses was analysis in press-fitting and in service, and fatigue was evaluated based on ANSYS software in this thesis. What’s more, the fatigue test was carry out, stiffness variation was analyzed before and after fatigue test. The result show that, the pressure ring is the largest Von-Mises stress component in press-fit, and the hoop tensile stress pay a important role. The Von-Mises stress on hole of pressure ring is 1.5 times than other component in service, and the hoop stress pay a important role. The weak anti-fatigue area of tyre is on back side of tyre, and The weak anti-fatigue area of pressure ring is on hole. No fatigue crack was found, and the stiffness variation was less than 20% after fatigue test.
