In order to build business management system with scientific tendency and standardization in coal industry, the paper proposed a design scheme of team management information system of coal mine based on Struts according to team management of one coal mine. It gave structure and functions of main modules of the system, and introduced key technologies in implementing the system. The actual application showed that the system runs well and has advantages of convenient maintenance, simple operation and advanced technology.
