We tried to answer the question of “Do cultural factors affect the intelligence of the individual, as measured by IQ tests”. We found after the study that we can’t compare the individual IQ from different cultural background, because we have to modify the test before applying it on different culture, where the cultural factors must affect the grades of the IQ. In this study we applied the IQ test for the Egyptian and Soadian cultural after changing the units and standard. The statistical analysis was obtained and the result proved that the test not changed In terms of structure and the factors involved in it.
