This article attempts to combining scientific knowledge in a logical theory and concepts of database theory in terms of determining the essential features of concepts (entities) and their properties. With the help of this article, it seems evident that the concepts are the essence and the attributes of essential characteristics are essentially identical concepts. The main conclusions of the article provide a new look at the conceptual modeling ontology.
