Habermas’ moral philosophy has two important hits, the ethics of the speech and the ethics of the species. Resorting to the argument of the Hume’s naturalistic fallacy, implicitly accepted in the first one and rejected in the second one, we will show the evolution from a formal ethics towards a material ethics.
