Deskripsi
Nuclear depletion and cytoplasmic accumulation of splicing factor SFPQ are hallmarks of ALS. Here the authors demonstrate a relationship between loss of SFPQ and the emergenceĀ in neurites of intron-retaining mRNAs enriched in ALS models and tissues.
