Abstract Developing odontoma is a rare mixed odontogenic tumor that can arise with other odontogenic lesions. The association of COC with ameloblastic fibro‐odontoma is extremely rare. We report an extremely rare case of developing odontoma arising from a calcifying odontogenic cyst in a 17‐year‐old girl.
