Highlights ► Maternal group B streptococcus antibiotic prophylaxis (GBS-IAP) was associated with the occurrence of atopic dermatitis in 2-year-old children with vaginal delivery. ► The findings were significant in vaginal delivery before and after adjusting for multiple covariates.
