Pheochromocitom is a tumor of adrenal medulla and of adjacent extraadrenal tissue. Diagnosis of pheochromocitom should be based on clinical, radiological and hystopatological examination. What is illustrated in this paper is clinical and radiological presentation and the operative finding of the pheochromocitom in 56 years old patient. Diagnosis is hysto-pathologically verified.
