Explaining the mechanism to effective motivation which is treated as the driving force in our limes was included in the article acting and developing organization. The author of the publication assumes that the process of motivation is being begun with the unmet need triggering the tension and inducing for seeking solutions which they will satisfy and dissatisfactions will cut down on the class. Such including the subject lets the contemporary organization, in which one should update previous motivation tools reveal the being and conditions for the functioning in order to meet requirements imposed by the changing dynamically external environment and domestic companies, development of the technique, of electronic communication and the like. In the study they referred to Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's theory. The description was broadened for new takes of motivating employees associated with the theory of set objectiving and the Japanese approach.
