Deskripsi

This systematic review aimed to explore how university students’ statistics self-concept can be determined and enhanced. Five databases were included in this review, with the initial search returning 217 studies, after duplicates were removed. Following the implementation of the eligibility criteria, 21 studies remained for qualitative synthesis. The results of this review indicated that statistics self-concept is assumed to be a dimension of statistics attitudes. Additionally, the impact of different methods on statistics self-concept were tested in several studies, but these studies were appraised as methodologically unsound. Accordingly, this review recommends randomised controlled trials to be conducted in further studies to claim a strong casual mechanism.
