In this article, the present study employs the utilization of the concepts pertaining to <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mo>(</mo><mi>x</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>y</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>-symmetrical functions, Janowski type functions, and <i>q</i>-calculus in order to establish a novel subclass within the open unit disk. Specifically, we delve into the examination of convolution properties, which serve as a tool for investigating and inferring adequate and equivalent conditions. Moreover, we also explore specific characteristics of the class <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msubsup><mover accent="true"><mi mathvariant="script">S</mi><mo stretchy="false">˜</mo></mover><mi>q</mi><mrow><mi>x</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>y</mi></mrow></msubsup><mrow><mo>(</mo><mi>α</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>β</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>λ</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>, thereby further scrutinizing the convolution properties of these newly defined classes.
