Deskripsi
Responses to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) in patients with glioblastoma are limited. Here the authors show that Calmodulin-Dependent Kinase Kinase 2 (CaMKK2) is expressed in tumor associated macrophages and neurons andĀ isĀ associated with resistance to ICB in preclinical models of glioblastoma.
