As the“brand image”and “talent product”, each member of alumni functions as the business card of the school in terms of development and core capacity competitiveness. Alumni play an irreplaceable role in the enhancement of school reputation, cohesion, inheriting network and accelerating development. Taking the establishment of Huang Jiasi Memorial Hall launched by the alumni of Peking Union Medical College as an example, this paper is of positive significance to the innovative work of the Alumni Association of Peking Union Medical College and to explore the innovative and effective ways for capacity building for alumni performance.
