Natural and human reasons are the cause of migration. In contemporary Spain, these phenomena have remained legally and socially "hidden" until recent literature has made them visible. Essentially, the publication of the work La España vacía, in 2016, which has coined a concept that, after the literary discovery, has taken on a legal presence. The "Exposición de Motivos" of the regulatory interventions to tackle depopulation can be found in works that offer an account of the landscape of Spanish depopulation. The Literary Culture of Law, a concept coined by Calvo González, offers Financial Law a test of effectiveness and constitutional adequacy.
