Key points A canine-derived chimeric MAb 11D9 was produced by CHO cell lines. The MAb 11D9 exhibited high HI and neutralization titers against new CPV-2 variants. The MAb 11D9 had a high therapeutic effect in beagles infected with the new CPV-2a variant.
