Deskripsi
Fertilizing greatly modifies the fatty acid level of the canes. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot behave inversely, where the levels decrease in the former, and increase in the latter when changing from a normal fertilizer to one twine as strong. The relative proportions of neutral lipids and polar lipids are modified. The phospholipids are always more abundant than glycolipids and neutral lipids.
