The media sociologist Lasswell once formulated a question: « Who says what, through what channel, to whom and with what effect? » In other words, applied to Breton language radio, the question becomes: « Who says what, for whom, with what effect? » In this case, the question is a plan. Having answered this question, the author then proposes some research hypotheses.
