Deskripsi
Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy (TC), an enigmatic syndrome characterized by acute heart failure, develops prominently in post-menopausal women. However, we present a unique case of young 28-year-old female who developed TC following a lightning strike. She was on supportive medical treatment and her cardiac function returned to normal in 2 weeks.
