Deskripsi
Abstract: During reservoir numerical simulation, Darcy's law is usually used for splitting flow rates based on formation capacity, without considering the effects of threshold pressure gradient of low permeability. So the flow rate of the split layer is not consistent with the actual production, which results in poor history matching precision. Injection and production profiles are the best information for determining the flow rate of individual layer. The matching result is improved by flow split utilizing injection and production logs. This paper presents the method of flow split with injection-and-production profile information. To those wells without production logging data, the flow split model is to be adopted according to the relationship of start pressure gradient and permeability. The application in Unit X10 and X11 blocks of Daqing oilfield indicates that the history matching precision of reservoir numerical simulation has been obviously improved, the coincidence rates of composite water cut of whole area and that of individual well are increased by about 7% and 10%, respectively.
