Schwannoma is a slow-growing tumor that frequently occurs in the extremities, the trunk and the head region.We report a case of benign schwannoma of the breast in a 76-year-old woman. The palpable mass was localized in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. Complete excision of the mass was done and pathology revealed a schwannoma.
