Deskripsi

Abstract A 53‐year‐old man was admitted to our hospital with a history of a right lung nodule which had gradually increased in size. Wedge resection of the right middle lobe using video‐assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) was performed and revealed a yellowish, soft, well circumscribed nodule. Histological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of an uncommon lipolymph node. The patient recovered well from surgery, and there has been no recurrence in the lung for over one‐year of follow‐up. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of a lipolymph node in the lung.
