Highlights A fully self-powered bimodal sensor is designed for patterned-displaying the force trajectories. Outstanding mechanoluminescence is achieved with a stimulation force as low as 0.3 N and 2000 cycles reproducibility. The designed bimodal sensor exhibits good potential for handwriting input to achieve visual intelligent control.
