Key Clinical Message Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an autoimmune disease characterized by a low platelets count. In this paper, we present a case of ITP relapse in a 31‐year‐old Iranian woman as a potential complication of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
