Deskripsi
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the global food supply chain in general, caused disruption and disturbance to the Vietnamese food supply chain in particular. Pandemic has brought severe consequences; the impact of risk requires us to identify and deal with potential threats. Risks are complex and interact with each other. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the importance and intersection of risk factors in the food supply chain in Vietnam by DEMATEL method. Research shows that policy change risk and risk of changing consumer behavior have a great influence, which is risk factors potentially lead to other threats. Despite being the cause, changing consumption behavior is still dominated by policy change; in the meantime, changing policy is affected by the decrease in farmer income and changes in consumer behavior.
