Deskripsi
Tuberculosis (TB) is the leading infectious cause of secondary spontaneous pneumothorax (SSP), a potentially life-threatening complication. The clinical presentation of TB-associated SSP is highly variable, although most patients present emergently with respiratory symptoms and pleuritic pain. Here, we present a case of TB-associated SSP that was clinically silent.
