The paper analyzed current situation of network platform of safety monitoring system of Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., introduced hardware platform, software functions and key technologies in construction process of the network system. On the basis of hardware platform with dual machine redundant and B/S model, three-layer logic structure system was designed, upgrading reform of safety monitoring network system of Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. was completed, which meets with new management standard and requirements.
