<p>The present report constitutes the rediscovery of <em>Amomum kingii,</em> a narrow endemic and Critically Endangered Indian ginger after a lapse of over a century from Sikkim. A detailed taxonomic account and colour photographs of the taxon are provided.</p><div> </div>
