Social environment emerge to this interaction.<br /> People can not accomplish everything alone because they need to cooperate another people about some subject. For that reason people have to organise with the other poeple. This organization is civil societies or non governmental organizations.<br /> Non governmental organizations are important about envıronmental conscıousness because they have got a lot of roles of the solution of the varieties social problems. In this article, we want tu argue the role of civil socity organizations about social environmental problems.</p>
