In view of requirement of energy-saving reform of belt conveyor of main shaft of a Coal Mine, the paper proposed a frequency-conversion reform scheme of electrical control system of the belt conveyor. It introduced structure of the reformed system and control principle of ACS800 frequency converter, and analyzed existed problems in actual application of the reformed system and its corresponding solutions.
