Non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas (NHL) constitute a diverse group of lymphoid neoplasm that differ in clinical manifestations, response to therapy and prognosis. Non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma in the mouth, however is less common. When it does occur, it can develop in either osseous or soft tissues of the oral cavity, the most frequent sites being the tonsils, palate and buccal mucosa. Swelling, pain, paresthesia, anesthesia, ulceration and discoloration are common symptoms of oral lymphomas. Non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas commonly affects the elderly and immunosuppressed with a slight predominance in males.
