Infantile Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis (IHPS) with Meckel's diverticulum presenting as an intraluminal cyst is a very rare presentation. We are reporting a case presenting with persistent non-bilious vomiting after each feed. Exploration revealed IHPS with incidental finding of intraluminal cyst at Meckel's diverticulum.
