This paper deals with punching of flat and foundation slabs. Te paper presents limiting values of maximum punching resistance of these slab structures with sudden and brittle mode of failure. In the paper are introduced graphs for design of flat and foundation slab thickness depending on load intensity, span length and reinforcement ratio.
