Deskripsi

A 41-year-old lady had a history of fall injury with her left hand landed outstretched. The initial radiographs showed no fracture. She complained of persistent wrist pain and stiffness. The subsequent follow-up radiographs showed progressive radio-opaque lesion over the volar aspect of the distal radio-ulnar joint. Surgical excision was performed and patient regained full wrist joint motion and grip power.
