The density and surface tension for the aqueous solution of amino acids ionic liquid (AAIL) 1-pentyl-3-methylimidazolium glycinate salt [C5mim] [Gly] with various molalities were measured at T = (288.15 to 318.15) K with an interval of T = 5 K, and based on the experimental values, the molar surface Gibbs energy of the ionic liquid solution was obtained, in addition, the relationship between the molar surface Gibbs energy and molalities was explored.
